• Reciprocal mixing: With a wanted signal of 100 uV EMF in 3 kHz bandwidth, an unwanted signal 20 kHz removed must be more than 75 dB and typically 80 dB above the wanted signal to produce a noise level of 20 dB below the wanted signal output
• Intermodulation (out of band): Two 30 mV EMF signals separated and removed 20 kHz from the tuned frequency will produce less than -85 dB and typically -90 dB third order intermodulation
• Intermodulation (in band): Two 30 mV EMF signals within the IF bandwidth (SSB mode) giving AF output of 1100 Hz and 1700 Hz will produce less than -45 dB third order intermodulation at the line output (line level = 0 dBm)
